Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors from the European Economic Area (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and all other regions.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

This website is operated by VoltWay ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can reach our data protection contact at privacy@19890726.xyz.

2. What Data We Collect

We keep data collection to the minimum required to answer business inquiries:

  • Inquiry form data — your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), country/region, and the content of your message.
  • Product inquiries — the name of the product you inquired about and the page URL it was submitted from, so we can route your request correctly.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include any in your messages.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations;
  • Communicate with you about the products or orders you requested;
  • Comply with applicable export-control and trade regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your data on the basis of:

  • your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the privacy checkbox on our forms;
  • our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), where applicable.

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Who Else Processes Your Data

We use a small number of processors to operate this website:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, DDoS protection) — processes technical access data required to serve the website.
  • Web3Forms (form submission relay) — delivers your inquiry to our inbox; form content passes through their API for this purpose only.
  • Our email provider — stores the received inquiry in our mailbox.

Each processor is bound by data processing agreements and processes data only on our instructions.

6. International Transfers

Because we serve customers worldwide, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent safeguards.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. tax or trade-compliance records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

  • GDPR (EEA/UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any right, email privacy@19890726.xyz. We respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, they will be configured to anonymize IP addresses and disclosed here before activation.

10. Data Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict transport security and a restrictive Content-Security-Policy. Access to inquiry data is limited to authorized personnel.

11. Children's Privacy

This is a B2B website intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
