This website is operated by VoltWay. By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry through it, you accept these terms. They apply to website use and to any quotation or supply relationship that follows from it.
2. Nature of Website Content and Prices
Product specifications, certifications, and prices shown on this website are provided for information purposes only. Prices are indicative FOB reference prices and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is made only through a written quotation issued by our sales team for a specific inquiry.
3. Orders and Contracts
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A purchase contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email), stating products, quantities, prices, and delivery terms.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made by bank transfer (T/T) or irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) payable by a bank acceptable to us. Standard terms — such as a deposit with the balance before shipment — are stated in each written quotation.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterms® rule specified in each written quotation (for example FOB, CFR, or CIF at a named port). Risk transfers in accordance with the agreed Incoterms® rule. Stated lead times are estimates and start from order confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
6. Product Compliance and Warranty
We supply products that carry the certifications stated in their specifications (for example CE, E-mark, or UN38.3, as applicable). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we provide a warranty against manufacturing defects as defined in the purchase contract. The warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
7. Export Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase may lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country, including compliance with local type-approval, registration, and safety requirements. We will provide documentation within our reasonable control to support import clearance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to VoltWay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of our place of establishment.
